What does the delay in New York’s city toll mean for the rest of the USA?

As we reported last week, the Governor of New York has indefinitely postponed the congestion charge plan that was set to go into effect in New York City’s Central Business District at the end of the month. Bryce Mongeon from OOIDA’s Washington, DC office joins the event to provide insight into how this came about and what it means more broadly.
