SIENIUC, Elizabeth A. “Betty” Elizabeth A. “Betty” Sieniuc, 55, of Rocky Hill, formerly of Worcester and Millbury, MA, died Thursday (March 23, 2006) from injuries sustained in an automobile accident. She is survived by her mother, Constance (Stepanauskas) Sieniuc of Millbury; her twin sister, Barbara S. Welsh, and brother-in-law, Douglas Welsh of Princeton, NJ; three nephews, Daniel, Robert and Matthew; and aunts, uncles and cousins. She was born in Worcester; her father, Francis R. Sieniuc, died in 1995. Her brother, Robert F. Sieniuc, died in 1963. Betty was a senior information technology professional with the Hartford Insurance Group for 34 years. After her retirement, she continued to work there part-time until January 2006. She was a founding member of the Connecticut Children’s Medical Center. She graduated from Ascension High School in Worcester, earned her bachelor’s degree from Merrimack College and her master’s degree in computer science from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. Visitation hours at the DIRSA-MORIN FUNERAL HOME, 298 Grafton St., Worcester, will be Wednesday, March 29 from 6 to 8 p.m. and Thursday, March 30 from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. followed by a funeral mass at 11 a.m. at St. Casimir Church, 41 Providence St. Worcester. Burial will be in Notre Dame Cemetery in Worcester. Donations in her name may be made to Connecticut Childrens Medical Center, 282 Washington St., Hartford, CT, 06106.
